Your bill is two separate charges: ≈ $49/mo plan license plus ~$3–15/mo Azure infrastructure (Free SignalR, 10K TPM ceiling, serverless Cosmos, scale-to-zero Functions) plus pay-as-you-go AI tokens — all in your own subscription.
