Your bill is two separate charges: ≈ $99/mo plan license plus ~$10–30/mo Azure infrastructure (Free SignalR, 30K TPM ceiling, serverless Cosmos, scale-to-zero Functions) plus pay-as-you-go AI tokens — all in your own subscription.
