Point of Contact

AI-triaged customer chat with human handoff — deployed into your own Azure subscription. Three plans from $49/month.

Built for support teams that handle a mix of chat traffic

Embedded widget

Drop a script tag into any web page. Visitors chat with an AI assistant that drafts answers grounded in your knowledge base.

Teams personal tab

Your human agents triage from Microsoft Teams. Pick a chat up, take over from the bot, hand off to a colleague — all from the tab.

Per-customer isolation

Every paying customer gets a fully isolated Azure stack: their own Cosmos, Key Vault, SignalR, Azure OpenAI. We hold zero standing access to your data.

Predictable pricing

Flat monthly per-seat license — no per-resolution toll. Your Azure infrastructure is a separate charge, billed by Microsoft to your own subscription at cost, tracked in the in-app dashboard with cost projection.

Three plans

Each plan is a flat per-seat license. The Azure resources it deploys into your own subscription are a separate charge, billed to you directly by Microsoft at cost (estimated ranges below; AI tokens are pay-as-you-go on top). The license does not include the Azure infrastructure cost. See Cost & billing and Resource tiers.

Start

$49/mo license
  • 3 human agent seats
  • Unlimited AI chat triage
  • Standard support
  • + ~$3–15/mo your own Azure (Free SignalR)

Professional

$199/mo license
  • 15 human agent seats
  • Custom branding + advanced analytics
  • Premium 24/7 support
  • + ~$60–120/mo your own Azure (Standard S1 SignalR + SLA)

Two clean line items: the plan license (via Azure Marketplace, MACC-eligible) plus your own Azure consumption (at cost, no vendor markup).
