You own the infrastructure — every resource runs in your Azure subscription and resource group, and PointOfContactAI holds zero standing access to your conversation data.
Your bill is two separate charges: ≈ $199/mo plan license plus ~$60–120/mo Azure infrastructure plus pay-as-you-go AI tokens — all in your own subscription. Professional provisions SignalR Standard S1 (~$49.73/mo), a 60K TPM AI ceiling, and 1 always-ready Function instance, which is what raises the infrastructure floor over Start/Growth.
