- Microsoft handles billing — the plan fee appears on your normal Azure invoice.
- The deploy installs into your subscription via an Azure portal wizard.
- You can cancel at any time by deleting the Managed Application. Deletion removes the Managed Resource Group — including all conversation data — immediately and irreversibly, so export what you need first.

All plans share the same per-customer Azure stack. The seat number is enforced via the seat-guard policy (hard cap with a 7-day grace period).
Cost expectations
Your monthly cost has two separate charges:
- The per-seat plan license ($49 / $99 / $199, plus metered overage past the 7-day grace) via Azure Marketplace.
- The Azure infrastructure in your own subscription — billed to you directly by Microsoft (tiers below) plus pay-as-you-go AI tokens. The plan license does not include the Azure infrastructure cost.

You own the infrastructure. Every resource runs in your Azure subscription and resource group. Your conversation data never leaves your tenant, PointOfContactAI holds zero standing access to it, and the only thing that ever leaves your stack is a content-free seat count for Marketplace billing.

What you’ll need at checkout
- Azure subscription with permission to create resources + role assignments (full prerequisites).
- Stack name — short identifier you’ll pick during the wizard.
- Your widget origins — the
https://domains you’ll embed the widget on (you can start with*during evaluation, but real domains are hard to change later — see Allowed origins).
Lifecycle emails (purchase confirmation, plan changes, quota notices) go to the purchaser’s address once your stack reports in. No email ever contains your admin key or other secrets — you create the admin key yourself after deploy (how).
